After graduating from university, he worked in sales, marketing, and store development for several apparel companies. Drawing from his experience in both domestic and international fashion and manufacturing, he founded STAMPS in 2013. He oversees everything from the production direction of our original brand to the selection of imported brands.</span></p><p class="clear pt20"><em class="profile_name">出品者の想い</em>ヘルシンキのアカデミア書店で読書用の椅子として使われているのを見て以来、欲しいと思っていたハイバックチェア。この一脚とはビンテージショップで出会いました。その際に説明されたのが「アイノ・アアルトが好きだったバスト素材を使った401」。この言葉が後押しになって購入。座った時の感じがアアルトの中でも一番のお気に入り。頭まで寄りかかれるので昼寝をしたりするのにもすごくいい。ビンテージならではの経年のキズが数か所ありますが、それも愛おしい味わいとして、この椅子が辿ってきた歴史を感じながら座っています。この感覚を次の方とも共有したいという思いから、今回の出品に至りました。<br><br>Ever since I saw it being used as a reading chair at the Academia Bookstore in Helsinki, I always wanted a high-back chair like that. I came across this particular chair at a vintage shop. What was explained at that time was the "401 chair using the bust material that Aino Aalto liked." This phrase was encouraging and helped me make the purchase. The feeling when sitting in it is my favourite among all of Aalto's designs. It's great for taking naps too, as you can lean your head back comfortably. The vintage patina with its minor scratches in a few spots adds to its charm, allowing me to appreciate the history this chair has lived through every time I sit on it. I decided to list this item for auction because I wanted to share this feeling with someone else and pass on the joy of owning it to a new owner.</p></p><br><br><font color=#00449b>*We would like to ask for your understanding on the following conditions to take part in the auction:<br>- All communications will be in Japanese including enquiries and documents related to terms and conditions.<br>- Shipments to addresses within Japan only.</font>
